Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Please contact customer service if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order.

International Duties and Taxes

For international deliveries customers may have to pay duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are the customers full responsibility and are dependent on each district. Generally, duty payments are required when the package reaches its destination. We advise that you view your local customs website for more information. Côtière reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from orders that are refused at customs, including a redirection fee. Parcels may incur customs clearance procedures that can trigger delays outside our stated delivery times.
